- Submit a Request – Share the type of nurse you’re looking for, such as RN, LPN, GNA/CNA, and the skills or specialties required.
- We Identify the Best Candidate – We match your request with nurses who meet your clinical and experience requirements. All candidates are pre-screened, credentialed, and ready for placement.
- You Review & Approve – You select the nurse who best fits your team, schedule, and care environment.
- Seamless Start – We coordinate onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and any additional facility requirements.
